Your first visit at Grand Line Dentistry
We want your first visit to be comfortable, informative, and easy. Here’s what you can expect when you walk through our doors:
- A warm welcome from our front desk team
- A thorough review of your medical and dental history
- Digital X-rays and a comprehensive oral exam
- A gentle cleaning, if appropriate
- Time to ask questions and discuss any concerns
Our goal is to get to know you, understand your needs, and create a personalized care plan moving forward.
All patients under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Please bring to your appointment:
- Your new patient forms
- Your insurance card, if available
- List of medications
