About Our Practice

Effective September 23, 2026, Maple Grove Family Dental, formerly led by Dr. Melanie White, was acquired by Dr. Moah Xiong and is now proudly rebranded as Grand Line Dentistry.
As the only private dental office in town and now under the ownership of Dr. Moah Xiong, we are committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care and value the long-term relationships we build with individuals and multigenerational families.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Dental Hygienist who values clinical quality, patient education, and teamwork. The RDH delivers preventive and periodontal care within the scope of Wisconsin law and collaborates with our dentist and team to create a comfortable, positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Review medical and dental histories; assess oral health and document findings accurately.
Perform prophylaxis, periodontal charting, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance as clinically appropriate and authorized.
Obtain dental radiographs and provide fluoride, sealants, and other preventive services as permitted by Wisconsin law.
Educate patients on home care, periodontal health, prevention, and recommended follow-up.
Communicate findings and treatment needs to the dentist; support coordinated patient care.
Maintain complete electronic records and follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
Prepare and maintain treatment areas.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program with an active WI dental hygienist license in good standing.
Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain before beginning clinical duties).
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care.
