As a courtesy, we will submit the claim to your insurance company on your behalf and provide you with an estimated out of pocket cost prior to treatment. Your insurance company will determine the amount of coverage and the difference in cost is your responsibility to pay.

• Sometimes we request a pre-authorization or pre-determination from your insurance company to see what they might contribute toward your care. It is important to know that these estimates are not a guarantee of payment.  They make their final payment decision only after receiving and reviewing the official claim after your visit.

If you’re concerned about large out‑of‑pocket expenses for necessary dental care, we offer Cherry as a flexible payment option. The application takes about 35 seconds and uses a soft credit check, so it will not affect your credit score. Qualified patients can choose a payment plan of up to 3 months. This isn’t a credit card or a traditional underwriting loan like CareCredit — it’s simply an honest, interest‑free way to split your total treatment cost into smaller payments.
