Meet the Team

amy

Amy, Front Office Manager

Amy is a Madison native with over 30 years of experience in the dental field. She brings a wealth of knowledge in dental insurance and loves helping patients make the most of their benefits. As the newest member of our team, she’s truly enjoying getting to know all the familiar faces and new smiles that come through our doors.

Outside the office, Amy cherishes time with her husband, their three kids, her dog Hoon, and her new grandson. She’s always up for music, hiking adventures, traveling, snorkeling, cooking, or getting her hands dirty in the garden — but most of all, she loves spending quality time with her family.

Hannah, Dental Hygienist

Hannah was born and raised right here in Wisconsin, so choosing Madison Area Technical College felt like the perfect fit. After completing the Dental Hygiene Program, she continued expanding her skills with advanced training in periodontal laser therapy — an important tool in treating gum disease. She joined the Maple Grove Family Dental team in 2021 and continued with Grand Line Dentistry in 2026.

Outside the office, Hannah enjoys every moment she can with her husband and their three daughters. You’ll often find them grilling out, relaxing around a driveway fire, going on family walks, or checking out local events. And here’s a fun fact: Hannah is a big music lover. If you listen closely, you might even catch her humming along while she cleans your teeth.

Serena, Dental Hygienist

Serena grew up in Newark, WI and followed her passion for dentistry at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. After graduation, she spent a year providing outreach dental care to underserved communities. She eventually returned to southern Wisconsin to give back to the community she’s proud to call home. She also continued with Grand Line Dentistry in 2026.

When Serena is not caring for patients, she loves spending time with her husband and son. She’s an avid reader, a dedicated member of her weekly golf league, and she treasures every moment at the family cabin — whether it’s hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying the outdoors together.

sky

Sky, Dental Hygienist

Growing up, Sky often felt self‑conscious about her smile after being teased about the size of her teeth. That experience shaped her in a meaningful way and ultimately inspired her to pursue dentistry. Sky began her career in 2017 as a dental assistant before continuing her education at Madison College. She graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2023 and has been dedicated to helping patients feel confident and cared for ever since. Sky has been with the practice for a little over a year.

When she’s not in the office, Sky enjoys spending time with her animals, building intricate Lego creations, tackling home improvement projects, and traveling..

mandy

Mandy, Dental Assistant

Mandy joined the Maple Grove Family Dental team in 2015 and has continued to be part of Grand Line Dentistry in 2026. She loves working alongside people who are passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles. Mandy attended Madison Area Technical College and is CPR and OSHA certified. She’s also committed to continuing education and is always looking for ways to expand her dental knowledge.

Born in Superior, Mandy has called Evansville home since 1996. She and her husband, Greg, share a full and happy life with their three children and one grandchild. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys listening to music, going out to eat, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Demetria, Dental Assistant/EFDA

Demetria was born and raised in Colorado, where she began her dental career as an assistant and spent more than 20 years assisting chairside. After moving to Wisconsin in 2010 with her two daughters, she continued her work in dentistry and dedicated 13 years to a pediatric dental office before joining Maple Grove Family Dental in 2023. In July 2026, she proudly completed her EFDA training here in Wisconsin.

Outside the office, Demetria loves spending most of her free time with her six grandchildren. Her hobbies also include hunting, golfing, and attending tractor pulls.

  • Supportive Owner Leadership — Dr. Moah leads with clarity, respect, and a strong commitment to helping every team member grow.
  • Balanced, Manageable Schedule — Hygienists see 7–8 patients per day, allowing time for quality care without burnout. Team members also get at least a 30-minute lunch, but we allow up to 1 hour.
  • Meaningful Community Impact — Our team takes pride in serving Evansville and nearby towns/cities across generations and making a real difference in their oral health.
  • No After‑Hours On‑Call — Enjoy your evenings and weekends without emergency call responsibilities.
